Transmission Issues....

I currently have an 03 Mustang Gt. My tremec 3650 has hit the bucket... no second gear... Hard to engage 3rd, etc.

Someone has offered me a T-45 that was in a 2000... Will it bolt right up and what about the sensor for speed? Will that plug right in? I know i will have to get a different clutch, but other than that, does it work?
