transmission swap

at the moment i have a auto and i want to do a swap for a 5speed manual and there is a guy in town that will do all the work for $800-900.but i have to by and bring him all the parts.
1. is that a good deal
2. what is everything that i will need to make it work

I'm newly a mustang guy so I'm not the most knowledgeable, but i have looked into it on other cars you're looking at the least at
-Transmission (duh)
-clutch pedal and Bracket (also duh)
-All the transmission mounts
-slave cylinder
-All lines and cable's
-Probably the manual console
-flywheel
-Probably a smaller brake Pedal (I have only driven 5spds so cant confirm)
