Transmission upgrade kit for TR3650

Does anybody know of a good upgrade kit for the TR3650? or if any exist yet? It just seems that there has to be something out there to replace the terrible syncros and the noisey bearings that come stock.

I just seem to have so many noises and a lot of clunking coming from my tranny, as well as my rear end, but that is for another post.

I think you might even need a different board for that one.
