I'm a fox 5.0 guy, but I've got a friend with a 95 v6 automatic, but he's a Nissan guy. It his wife's car, and she really wishes it were a stick.

He decided he'll do the conversion for her, and came to me asking what he needs.
I said

But I figured I'd ask here. I've caught wind that the auto trans computer won't like a 5 speed, other things about pulling jumper wires in the fuse box?

Can anybody give me the lowdown on what must be replaced to do it right.
We're not looking for the cheap way, we're looking for the right way.

Or hell, if someone has a wrecked 5spd car, v8 would be nice, and wants to sell it/part it out, lemme know! I'm in northern VA

swap in a v8 first then a tranny

if you search you will find a plethora of info about doing this swap in a v8 car, but i don't know about into a v6. might want to try over that v6 forum and ask them.

Yeah that's what it seems. I did post over there. But have you seen that forum?
It's a ghost town.
