Hey, I wanting to get a transmission cooler for my 2003 Mustang GT. I have an automatic trans with about 15,000 miles. I am just wondering what brand everyone reccomends? Also, how hard is it to install one of these. I am just wondering if this is something I could install myself and when I install it do I need to add more oil to the transmission? THANKS

Do a search for this, there are some very good threads.

Also, you are very wise for installing this

yup like kilgore said do a search they have real good threads on this... and yes it is something you can install easily, plus your doing your tranny a favor by doing this. Personally i went with a B&M cooler that came with the hose for like 70 bucks

go with Steeda or B&M. they're about the same price, so just shop around.

bulkpart.com has pretty good prices on their stuff, and you can get an installation kit which includes the hose barb fittings and crap too from them.

Real easy installation.. definately worth the money/time it takes. Probably a 1-2 hour job.

I bought a HAYDEN tranny cooler at ADVANCED AUTO for $49.99 + tax. Very easy install and worth every penny. I think it took about 1.5 hours to install.
