How long will a 5speed t3650 will last with gear whine but no grind ? Until it goes out ?

I’ve heard putting in new transmission fluid messes with it idk if that’s only automatic transmissions or not but yea it goes into every gear fine but however you can hear sincros A bit loud as the car is cruising in any gear

sounds like its low on fluid
