My TFS-1 passed but I had to put on cats. Previous cam was a B-303 that passed with hollowed out cats. My gas mileage also took a serious hit with the TFS-1.
It is technically not emissions legal. With that said it is not too much more radical than an E cam so if your cats are in good working order, you should pass fine. With my Magnaflow catted X and E cam I got 2.0HC at 15mph and 3.0HC at 25mph, 0.00% CO for both. Better emissions than my corolla. hehe
