Troque boxes broken? cracked?

Can you tell from this picture, if the torque box(s) of this car is cracked or broken?

Ignore the yellow circles, that was drawn to show something to someone.

Too dirty to tell IMO. Looks like they might have been welded up (poorly), and then the have the welds rust through.
