Trouble shifting into 5th

I'm having trouble shifting into 5th. If I'm really quick on the shift it will go in but normally it grinds. Double clutching works though. The previous owner had the tranny rebuilt and he said that it's been doing that since the rebuild. Does it have anything to do with adjusting the clutch cable or maybe the shifter? Or is it most likely tranny related?

Mines rebuilt and does the same thing, kinda grinds into 5th but goes in everytime... weird.
