No pics but you can see it in the brochure from ford, fits neatly into the right side of the trunk. The only thing it prevents you fron doing is adding a rear shock tower brace.
The amp rack is tucked behing the sub enclosure. There are 2 amps (4 total)on each side of the rack (apparently each of the 2 sub drivers has 2 amps in a bridged configuration driving it). The amp rack/sub enclosure assembly is really a nice tight package in the corner of the trunk. I am impressed how little trunk space is used.
That's weird. I havent' seen the system yet but the 2 different dealerships I was at said it went across the back of the trunk and you lost the ability to lay the seats down and put stuff through.
I don't think I want the system anyways but sounds like the salesguys need to see some more of these systems to get their ****e together.

The sub enclosure/amp rack is very space efficient and I don't find that it interferes witht the trunk/rear seat pass through area at all. If you think that you might even in the slightest want the sub, find a dealer with a Shaker 1000 equiped car on the lot and smarter (or honest) salespeople. Take a listen, that extra bass is clean and really adds effect. I think it's worth a listen.
Could you take a picture of your trunk so we can see exactly what it looks like? If I was to buy a new GT I would seriously think about getting the 1000 if it doesn't interfere with the whole trunkage.....
