Trying to figure out how to change my profile picture?

I've been having trouble looking for a option to upload a profile picture?

I think you do it from your setting button on your profile page, hit edit, the new avitar has to go through an approval process so it may not show up right away, mustang themed or general car stuff is preferred but something original likely will be ok.
