Ok I am new to stangnet but I am going to guess this is a common question. I am running standard upgrades on my 06 mustang gt ( jlt cai, pypes o/r x and violatror axel back as well as 410 gears and detroit rocker cams and brenspeed 93 tune. The best time I have been able to get on street tires in the 1/8th is 8.87. I should mention it is an automatic trans. Does this seem slow or about right ? Also I have weld wheels and slicks as well as just ordered a wet nitrous kit will this be enough to get me into the 7s?
