trying to put my 05 f150 head unit in my 90 coupe

Having trouble finding the pigtail for the radio. and I don't want to cut my facotory harness wires out of my truck lol. Anyone know where I can pick up the wires or what I can do?

Hmm id say you are gonna have to either cut yours of possibly find one online or on ebay. You could proably get them from Ford as well but will probably be spendy..

Ebay does sell the pigtails brandy new. WOuld give you a link but no clue which pigtail you need. There are a few.

I may have some left over from my attempt to install an 04 Mach 460 in my car. Didn't quite work out well.

I thought about doing the same thing with my old F150 radio....but the Alpine I had laying around had the Bluetooth, Sat Radio and IPod option that I would have had to add to the F150 deck. Nice unit though. In dash 6-disk sounds cool....until you realize nobody listens to CD's anymore.

In my daily driver, i have CD's that have been in the changer since 2008 and i haven't removed. About the time i switched to Ipod/Iphone use for musoic

not worth all the work of figuring out a mounting position. there is no cage so your going to have to figure something out and those tabs probably need to be cut off.

at least for me Id rather gps, bluetooth, and input for i pod
