Tube from valve cover to TB, do I need to remove it? Breather?

Since I now have boost, do I need to remove the tube that goes from the filler neck to the TB, and install a breather instead of a oil cap? Would this explain why I'm not making any boost (well I made like 1-2psi around 5k rpm, belt is not loose at all)

I remember seeing a charged stang that had a breather and a cup thing around the bottom of it to catch oil, and I have seen a few other mustangs with breathers and a s/c. So do I need one?

i would run then n/a or blown they are better than that little P.O.S plastic hose.

With N/A you allow unmetered air into the engine...thats why I don't have one.

Only if you don't take the tube off. That's how the unmetered air gets in. If you cap it, no air gets in past the MAF
