Drag lights don't look bad....but your car is pure baddassness with the black wheels...it really is. The chrome/silver combo is a bit much....the dark wheels sets it off Give us more pics soon!!

Thanks guys, I MUCH prefer the SC wheels but for the track only the draglites are cool. Tryin to find a matching set for the back now.

With the new tune you should definetly be in the 12's if you ripped a 13.0 earlier. i'd love to see a pic of your car with draglites on all corners so I know exactly what mine will look like when i get my set.

Im actually picking up a set of 15x8's on Sunday so I have a full set for next year. I don't really like the chrome on this color scheme but they are growing on me. This car needs black wheels but for the track these are bad ass looking.

Thanks man, it looks better in pictures. I'm having issues with solvent popping under the base coat which really pisses me off. I wiped down my body work with wax and grease remover to see the straightness of my panels and I think that is causing it to pop. At least it happened on my car and not a customers!

Wow Shaolin, whats the secret with that F150. It was nearly a 12 second truck with just a GT40 crate motor, and I assume this was a "few" years ago?

Looks familiar...

GT40 aluminum heads, gibson headers, not sure what cam, ford installed the motor when the engine dropped a valve and they didnt have a set of stock heads, and a friend swung them replacing the entire engine with the GT40 engine. mind you this was a 1.9 60' with 4:10's and a Built AOD

Thats a really good number for those heads!

So I didn't get into the 12's yet. I had some issues with my clutch, it was acting like the clutch wasn't completly disengaging. I backed off my 2 step to 4300 and tightened up my firewall adjuster and on my last two runs I was running out of gas haha. I learned alot last night and I will hopefully be ready next Friday to dip into the 12's. Just gotta figure the car out.

You know i just realized why you guys were so astonished, this was at irwindale speedway here in cali its a VERY generous track, 1/8 mile and its sorta downhill. Track prep is perfect cause sponsors run every day tuning vehicles, now our 1/4 track isnt anything special. Best time in my truck in the 1/4 was a 13.8. For a little clarification, my 07 ran (when it had full bolt ons) 8.4X at irwindale but could never break the 13's at fontana, sorry to confuse you guys, it wasnt that fast but fast enough. Hell even my fox ran an 8.7 with a stock motor at irwindale.

Nice I'd definetly like to see a picture then. Eventually I'm going to go 5Lug with some Black bullits or something but for now Draglites will do it.
