tuning programs

So because I am going to be changing things around alot I don't want to keep going to a dyno to tune the car. I am woundering if there is a way to this without a lap top? Since I don't have a lap top. I am looking for maybe a hand held thing that I could maybe plug into a regular comp. Anyone know is this exhists?

also not just something to tell me 1/4 times but something that will give me fuel ratios and hp curves. See if I'm haveing problems at a certain rpm. Stuff like that. THANKS

Does anyone do there own tuning here? Is it that you need a lap top to do it. Supprised no responses?

Sounds like you want a TwEECer or one of the other handhelds. I am not the one to ask about that stuff. If you search on the 94-95 side, you should find some info as they use tuners more than we do (and anything posted by Grady over there is golden).
