Here's some pics of my Single T-70 turbo 2 valve project i've been working on for 3 months now. We fired it up for the first time last night and it sounds GREAT. Everything is going well except for an extremely low oil pressure (40psi cold, 10psi hot). I believe my oil filter relocation kit is the problem (along w/ tim and 1 other guy) as i'm using -10 AN lines and a FL784 filter ( 5" round and about 7" tall). So thats going to get replaced w/ -6An lines and a FL1A filter, hopefully that'll fix my problems and i can get the car driveable... I still have to finish up the exhaust on it after the downpipe and i'm not sure what i'm going to do. I'm stuck between a single 3" side exhaust or dual 2 1/2" exhaust w/ 99+ cobra tail pipes (for the IRS swap)

and some pics:

My NGK Powerdex Wideband O2 controller is mounted below the radio on the left side of the "pocket". The boost controller will go on the right side once it arrives.

Turbo's like heat.. BUt there's not much difference between my setup and a hellion kit except the cold section.. and i have custom headers.

ohh yea..

Redid the oil filter location and eventually bypassed the filter all together. Still having oil pressure issues. I've pulled the whole front of the motor apart and am in the process of pulling the oil pump.

hopefully its just a faulty assembled pump, which still sucks b/c its brand new.

Now would be a good time to upgrade to the FRPP oil pump.

Thats the same POS pump i have in there now... BRAND NEW it made 30-40psi of pressure cold and 10-15 psi of pressure hot...

Its pissing me off to b/c im worried its ruined my brand new longblock.
YES this isn't a stock motor.

FRPP aluminum block
MPH prepped cobra crank
Forged H beam rods
diamond 19cc dish forged pistons
ARP hardware everywhere
P&P'd PI heads and Bullit intake.. and wwwwaaayy to much other crap to mention

gonna put 22psi of boost to this thing

Huh....don't know what to tell ya. I've got this pump in my engine and I'm 3/4 of the way up the stock dummy gauge at all times. You sure the crank/rod bearings were installed and/or clearanced properly?

alright..

oil pressure problem is fixed.. Stupid tech at FRPP said all i needed to do for the block to be ready to assemble was install 2 threaded freeze plugs..

he forgot to inform me THE MAIN OIL GALLEY plugs were not installed from FRPP....

but its also my fault for not going over the block with a fine tooth comb..

cold psi =100
hot =75-80
