turbo help

i need help on this turbo swap i have a 83 mustang 2.3 n/a 5spd tube k-member coilover conversion maxiam motorsports rear domanator body kit but to the ? i am going to swick to a turbo set-up and i need to know the wiring for the 88 t/c computer to my stang i have the complete car any help would be cool thanks

Easiest route.....

You will need to get the schematic for your car. Not sure if the 83 had a dummy computer or not, if it does yank it and the harness going from it to the engine bay. Find a 87 to 90 4cyl EEC harness and use that. Schematics for the 87 to 90 Mustang can be found all over the web. You will need to figure out the wiring from your old duraspark ignition coil and wire it in with the new TFI ignition. This is why you need the 83 schematics. The 87-90 ECC harness can be used standalone aside from wiring in the ignition and getting your TACH to work. Follow the regular 87-90 Turbo Swap guides on the links below. In addition to the parts suggested in those links you will need the TFI coil and a TFI Dist.

Another route would be using a pull through turbo setup with a carb but they are hard to find.
