k the headers have a flange(connector that bolts to the exhaust side of the turbo) on them, they are usually flipped so that the headers point forward instead of backwards. That way the turbo is powered by the exhaust side(turbine side) which spins a fan and exits through the downpipe. There is a shaft that connects thhe exhaust side and the intake side(compression side) of the turbo that spins the compressor fan which then pumps air through the cold side tubing (can go through intercooler) into the intake. If that didn't help I can explain it in a lil better detail, I have been contemplating a Master Power T70 build myself, just working the funds.

AWESOME, i considered a turbo build for about....10 minutes and I realised Im broke and it would take me a few years to complete it :nice:

Alrightey Ryan, read that about ten times and you'll know almost anything you want to know bout how they work! And the diagrams rock!! Freshmen year I did a research paper on turboes and that is where I learned almost everything.

on a side note. my shop teacher is into cars to. not mustangs though :notnice: he has two trans ams. 97 and 78. the 78 is pretty cool. 2 whole classes of all of us hanging around the car. gotta love 1st period shop class. lol. :)

man if I want to take shop class at my school I have to switch to a technical diploma(not good for a Dr.) and they send us to some other school for it like the last 3 periods of the day :bs:
