After several years of picking up parts here and there, my turbo swap has finally begun on my '89 conv. Last night I finished stripping all of the engine, hydraulic clutch, and electrical components from the '88 t-bird. Just have the brakes and rear end to get out. My next job is to go through the engine with new seals and bearings and such. I'll be using Stinger's fmic, tubular header, and 3" exhaust with a t3 turbo. I'm also swapping the A4LD for the 5spd.
My first question is, I have a '93 parts car with the roller cam still in it in good shape. With this set up would I see any benefits at all with the cam or should I stick with the stock setup. I'm looking at just a fun DD here. Probably won't ever see more than 250rwhp.
