Does anyone have pictures of how turbocoupe brakes are put together?

If you've ever seen rear discs with the rotating piston for parking brake setup - it's pretty straight forward.

Thanks, I looked at Matt's page but didn't see what I was looking for. Upon further inspection, I just need to read more carefully. It seems cheaper just to buy the whole rear kit from north race cars for $550. Ill end up spending almost that much piecing it together myself. I got a good deal on some used Tc calipers ($8/pair) but I dont have the brackets, bolts, brake lines, rotors, pads, parking brake cables, etc.

I goy a 3.55 gear TC rear axle for about $300 with everything on it. I replaced both rear calipers with remanufactured ones and got new pads as part of the deal.

Yeah that seems like the only way you would save money is to find a good deal on an rear end. Did you have any problems with the extra length of the TC axles?

I have stock wheels & tires, so there aren't any problems. A larger wheel & tire might require a deeper offset or rolling the inner fender lip. If you buy the wheels new from a good dealer, you can specifiy the extra offset when you place your order.

If I ever go to a 5 lug axle, I may have some problems locating 5 lug, 10.5" vented rotors for the rear. 94-98 axles will fit according to Matt90GT's site, so the axles won't be a problem.
