if you are sitting in the car, and the collar on the back of the wheel itself could tell time, what time is it?

I can't find how to position it. Assuming the wheel is installed perfectly dead center, should the "C" shaped collar be pointing to 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock? (or something else?)

TIA

The 64-66 signal cancel clip should have the pins at 9:00.

hmmmmmm....

that's what i thought but it cancels way to soon so I was hoping i was wrong. I just start to turn the wheel and it cancels. It cancels almost imediately turning left and maybe gives me half a turn on the wheel turning right.

I guess that's better than not cancelling at all but it doesn't seem right..........

Any ideas?

Switch must be weak. It's supposed to click past, and cancel on the way back.
