I was wondering if the Tweecer is universal..it all depends on what you download for your specific EEC right?

What do you mean by universal? It works on a number of different versions of the EEC IV and V, what it can and cannot modify varies by which processor you have. It works great on 94/95 Mustangs.

The full meal deal (R/T version) costs $550. It will allow you to change the EEC calibration -- timing, fuel, and much more. The R/T version also provides real time datalogging.

From what I understand its fairly easy to learn the basics, but once you get more in depth the learning curve is pretty steep. I don't think computer smarts is as important as car smart when using a twEECer.

This is pretty much RIGHT ON.

There are enough "helpers" around to get you started. The fine-tuning is up to you and difficult to learn..

Car smarts more important than Computer smarts for this!
