Tweecer-When/why to buy?

And just to satisfy the "search Gods", yeah...I did a search...like Seuss, here, there, and mf everywhere....
So, why is it good?
Why is it bad?
Who has one and why did you get it?
when is it time to do self tuning? 400+hp?
I already looked on other forums, but there is no "why" should I fork over the bux to get this, and why I should want it.

I got my PMS mainly because of my supercharger. There are a lot of guys that use tuning software for nitrous too. With a basically stock engine, your money would be spent better elsewhere. But once you get big injectors and start making big numbers, some form of tuning is needed. Even though I spent nearly $1k for all my tuning stuff, it has been a life saver to me. I can do all my tuning at the track, see graphs of everything possible on my laptop and make changes accordingly. No need for dyno tunes or chip burning.

Before you get some hardcore tuning software, get yourself a wideband o2 monitor, it will be a great tuning/troubleshooting asset.
