well this is a mustang forum, and in fact the only way ur larger smaller turbo theory would b effective if they were both in like some sort of y pipe goin to the intercooler seperating the turbos cuz 1 behind another would b really ineffective seeing that they are diffrent sizes, working at difrent rpms and difrent psi/vac,i can duck tape 5 turbos to a gokart doesnt mean they make it go faster.

how and why would you put 2 turbos on a 4 banger???

Give up on the idea of 2 different sized turbos. They would be working against one another. They would have different efficiency RPMs and surge limits.
You don't have to go 'Big' on a single setup. You want a properly sized turbo for your setup. I have a 66mm and my friend has a 60mm. Both cars fly on the street. We just put the turbo kits on this spring and haven't been to the track yet or dyno. So I don't have any numbers for you.
Twins are nice but it seems more Bling Bling to me. It should also be cheaper with a single and lets face it turbo kits are expensive.

Thats the way turbo supras come stock, its called sequential turbocharging. Its not a good idea for your mustang though. All the big hp supras you see are all single turbos, the smaller turbo seems to turn into a liability.

A single kit should perform just as well as twins, its just a matter of personal prefrence. I like twins because of their larger efficency range, I can run low boost with no surge on the street yet they flow enough to support 1000hp.

twinturbo93 what kinda car do you have that is twin turbo....cause im also in the central florida area.....i was also wondering what kit you have on there i was thinking of going home built twin turbo system just wanted your personal oppionion

Hey man, chances are you have probably seen the car somwhere around here, lol. Go to Veccos website, the silver 93 GT is mine, Rob S. I have a Vecco stage 3 kit on the car right now, with 57 trim T3/T04E's and stage 3 wheels. I use to have an Incon kit before, but I perfer the Veccos.

A DIY turbo kit would not be that hard either... and way cheaper. We just got done with a single T60-1 hifi on a friends car that was "homemade" and it mph's in the 1/4 just as high as my friends car with a $4000+ HP kit. Its all up to you, the major deciding factors are gonna be $$ (of course) and availability of someone who can do it for you, or having the skills and tools to do it yourself. Feel free to contact me anytime and you can either check out some turbo fox's in person (single, twin, DIY and kit) since your so close or I'll help you any other way I can. Good Luck!!

that would be cool to come see some of your turbo cars..... the only thing is that im going to be going carbed with this turbo setup.....im not really sure if there is anything that i would be needing to do differently or what not...but i thought that i could buy a vortech carb cap for there superchargers and incorperate that into the twin turbo setup....

i would appreciate any advice that you could give me.....also what did you not like about the incon tt kit.....i have heard good things...just wondering

Carbed will be exactly the same setup just with a carb hat. I loved the Incons, and I never once had any problem with them. They were on the car when it was totally stock and the thing flew, I decided to go with the Vecco kit when I rebuilt the motor and I like it because I can do all the work on it I need to myself. I installed the kit myself in 2 days. With the Incons I took the car to Lamotta to have done, and they made things a little to crowded IMHO, changing the plugs wasn't too fun. Another thing is that the customer service is great compared to trying to find parts for a kit that is pretty rare. But the Incons were an awsome kit, I actually bought another incon kit I'm either going to part with or find some other use for. This one however is my old incon kits daddy, the 1000tti.

you were saying that you had a incon kit....hmmm maybe you might want to sell it.....also i noticed you were a fuel....whens the next time you will be out at the corner.....i have a buddy that you might know that goes out there...he has a green lt1 camaro (head and cam car) did an auto swap..but let me know the next time you will be out there i would love to come out and look at your car or take a ride in it....just let me know
