I had the same concern but went ahead a bought a set anyway. I run an e303 similar cam with stock pistons. I also run 1.6 roller rockers to keep it ok. I would always suggest to check with clay bar. Easier to check the wreck your new high dollar investment.

It will work. TW will fit a stock shortblock. Your E cam won't be a concern.

that the same setup i was running before i went with a 347 except for the intake, I was running a TFS street intake, an no problems, best time in the 1/4 was a 12.5. You should be doing O.K.

I have a similar setup. You can run the stage 1 cam and be fine too which is what I suggest.

I run the twisted wedges with the TFS stage 1 cam on stock pistons and it works, i can't say for sure without knowing what pistons you are running.

I ran the TFS Track Heat heads with a TFS stage 2 cam on a stock 90 short block. With the cam installed straight up, it worked fine. That's a really nice combination if you ask me.
