I got my Razor's and tires from a local Mustang tuner shop. Price was "okay". I paid a tad more than I wanted to make sure they got the tire pressure sensors back in place and secure.

It's Alloy. The color correction is agressive in the photos I Pshop'd. Turn your monitor brightness or gamma up temporarily.
