Can you post a pic? That will give me a better idea on how to fix the problem.

Hmmm...clay bar didn't do it? There was a post not to long ago that someone took their Mach 1 to be serviced at a dealship and they had wax on there chin spoiler. They used peanut butter to take it off, and it worked. I don't know if it will work on your bumper since it's not black plastic, but who knows? If it doesn't work, then atleast you bought a product that you can eat, rather than let it sit in the garage and let it collect dust.

Here are some ideas that may or may not work but I would try them if they were on my car:
-Buy some goo gone(the ones that they have in the auto store that's car safe)
-Try using a heat gun on it and rub the chit outta it
-Try using some wax over it

Good luck!

If the material is bumper, like rubber, then you can use some peanut butter with a soft toothbrush. It won't harm anything.

Rubbing alcohol may also remove it, apply it with a soft toothbrush also. Don't go and buy anything from the store to hide or cover it up as that's just a waste of money.

By any chance does it form some sort of religious figure?

Looks like it was bird poo or something that baked into the paint. My nieghbor has something that looks just like it in his paint and it wont come out. In fact is is smooth, but in the paint. I am guessing if these guys dont ideas dont work you may be looking at wet-sanding and if that doesnt work.............re paint

Total mis-reading here....... From your first post and also from your picture I thought this was a "wax stain" on some type of black trim molding on your front bumper. I now understand that it is a white stain on your paint!!

Well drop the peanut butter idea as that won't work at all on your paint.

Now that I am looking at the painted part of your bumper I can see the faint white area you speak of. That does appear to be a birb bomb, as already noted, and it may have etched the paint. You may be able to lighten it but I don't believe you'll be able to fully remove it, short of wetsanding it.

Clay it, polish it with something like Meguairs ScratchX as you can buy that locally I am sure then go over that with something like Meguairs #9 or #7. Again I don't use these products myself but they can be bought locally.

That definitely doesn't look like wax. Try Anthony's advice, then get back to us.

And a sign from ebay that you have a new item to sell...Has your car been acting strange? Maybe it's the HAUNTED BUMPER!

Anyways, were you able to get that stain out?

I had a similar pissed off bird in my neighborhood. I couldn't fully remove the mark, but after some swirl mark remover and a few coats of glaze, it's barely visible.
