UK owner, introduction and upgrade advice

Nothing like doing everything at once.

Hi, I'm from the UK and recently tried to pry a wonderfully modified and supercharged Mustang from it's owner off ebay but he wasn't having any of it so I've bought a Mustang GT in silver with red leather and a 5 speed manual. Having just sold a Z06 and still having a 1998 Z28, the first thing I'm looking to do is increase the power.

For practical reasons, I'm going for the chargecooled Vortech which will give me 462bhp.

My question is what else do I need to do to the car at the same time. I've seen a test of the Vortech Mustang with upgraded brakes which don't improve the stopping distance so I'm thinking of fitting braided lines to start with to improve the pedal feel.

Other things I'm thinking of are headers, the Corsa X pipe and the Corsa axle-back mufflers. I'm also thinking BMR K-frame and control arms and strut brace.

Any recommendatons or suggestions?

if you want to run a centrifugal, i'd give procharger a call first, there p-1sc series are pretty reliable, and make great power, have owned one myself on a 96gt, never had a problem out of it after a good tune.....
