Need some help here guys, bought a 99 cobra. The guy before me took off the procharger and then sold it to me. It has been having some air problems and running really rough not wanting to start, and dies easily. I tried changing the maf sensor and iac valve and it didn't help. Took air filter off and ran much better. IM thinking it might have something to do with being tuned for the procharger but im at a loss for now, anyone help me out?

Do you have an ODB2 scanner? IMO it might make real short work of your questions IF you knew what the long term fuel trim (LTFT) values are. For example if the LTFT is a large negative value this is a sign of over fueling.
In the same vein, knowing what the MAF value is can help determine if the MAF is sending reasonable values.
