IMO I beliveve at one time or anothe there will be customer complaints about each and every company. I would still consider the turnkey motor and call them up. Ask for referances and talk to them. Lately dealing with a blown motor in my Bullitt I experience REALLY BAD customer service from a local well know speed shop. I am now experiencing some customer service problems witha national company that is highly regarded on this forum. I say to each his own, but if you think about it a builds a lot of motors can produce them cheaper than others. They must be moving a lot of them.
