**update** broken ball joint

well i previously had a post about my broken ball joint. well you can see in the pics that it toasted my a-arm and you can plainly see that it just ripped out of the socket.....now i know what was making the squeeking noise when i went over bumps and turning slow in parking lots.....

check your ball joints!!!

Same thing happened to me. I got to sleep in my car that night on a bridge. Made me realize just how small my car is. Any other damage?

I got a squeaky one too. When I turn right at a low speed (ie parking lots, driveway) it makes a very noticeable squeek. Put some grease in the little rubbery things above with with this needle type thing and a grease gun, but idt it helped much. Can't remember. I don't liek the sound of that though. Good luck.

no other damage luckily....bofore i got out of my car i figured my fender was bent to hell. but luckily no other damage. my spring poped out too. wich made it a real biotch to get it on a wrecker.

dude, if you ball joints are squeeking change them now!!!
