Update on me being scammed? by Brian Lutz

Simple....two boxes setting side by side ready to ship. One with a stocker, the other one with the cobra. You go to print out the shipping labels and stick the wrong labels on the boxes......someone gets accidently screwed and someone gets an early Christmas present but since shane posted this twisted story on just about every message board, people had too much time to already make up their minds about me.

Ive made mistakes selling things on Ebay. I sold my Steeda strut tower brace and advertised it as a 94-98 brace figuring that its the same body style so why wouldent it fit some guy in canada bought it and said it did not fit his 98 GT, My bad I said I was sorry and we left it as that, never gave me a neg feedback.

Please explain the areas in quotations in your post. He, you, me, they, him, her. Sounds like the same person to me. As to what Allcarfan has posted the only thing i am referring to is the fact that you sold the Cobra intake twice and what you did sell was a stock intake. Therefore i am claiming that you did try to scam someone. Also reread my post above about the difference between the 2 intakes. OH you must be a tough guy at knight tracks I guess that is the tough guy hangout, Whatever.


Brian doesn't have much credit to his claim simply because ALLCARFAN added so many lies to this story "before he had a chance to explain myself that it was impossible for him to redeem myself" plus the fact that his post count is higher than Brian's. Just because ALLCARFAN has 2600 posts doesn't mean he's the one to fully believe.

I don't know who's right, who's wrong, nor do I care to really get involved.

But, I can't help mentioning -- the way you two keep posting so close to each other is kind of suspicious. Maybe someone should ask an admin to view this thread and see if the IPs are the same? That would definitely clear part of this up.

good Idea, I dident take sides either but I wanted to see how the mix up of the stock Intake VS the Cobra intake accured. He said they were both boxed up and he sent him the wrong one. Even though that can happen its a pretty dumb mistake.

I stopped posting here, but...to offer clarification to those of you that didnt understand....

The original post was closed when I was looking for help. This was an update for people to watch out.

As for two boxes side by side....I wonder why the story from "351 82GT/brian" is being changed from what he told me. I was told the neighbor shipped the intake out with the neighbors name on the package? But now, he put the wrong addresses on them himself? I was also told by you in your email that you thought the one you sent me was a cobra intake because thats what you were told when you bought it at a swap meet a few months ago...what happend to that story? Did you forget sending me that email? Just a few more lies to chalk up. No matter what you say, you just keep getting deeper and deeper and have NOTHING to back it up...except a "friend" that posts on stangnet that registered the same day of my original post.

By the way folks....I have all documentation, the emails this guy sent, and documentation of phone calls made to back up my ENTIRE story. I can PROVE all of my FACTS....they arent just "hearsay" or he said/she said bullcrap.

Im not whining, im not complaining....but let this be a WARNING to everyone that attempts to do business with this person.

The FINAL nail in the coffin.....

A stock intake was sent to ROB PARSONS by this guy...and he claimed it was a cobra. Rob sent it back and he got his money back because it was NOT a cobra intake.....

Here is the kicker....

This clown Brian Lutz sent me the SAME INTAKE that Rob sent back to him when he said it wasnt a Cobra. How do we know this? Rob made note of some special markings on the intake......the intake I received has the SAME markings in the SAME places!

I must say Bravo to you on a job well done. You were scammed and you took care of it in every way you could possibly find. If more people did what you did these scammers would be out of business. Thank you for sharing your story.
