Hi all,

Looking for some assistance here in how to build up my 00' GT. I have already settled on 4.10s and am having them installed at Chicane on Tuesday. Looking for power at first, then suspension. If you had $2500 to put into the car, where would it go? I have considered chips, supercharger, headswap, P&P, etc.

Blower all the way!! you wil get your biggest gain through it but unless you get a used kit its gonna cost more than 2500. anyways good luck.

well....there are tons of options...and i take it you don't really want to stay naturally aspirated?

superchargers
turbo's
laughing gas

or you could just build it slowly
throttle body
intake or intake plenum
CAI
Chip
MAF
Cams
P/P'ed heads

maybe you should buy SOME suspension parts first because with a supercharge and 4.10's-- the stock suspension will not do much at all

Yeah of course. You can't have all power with out investing in suspension and brakes. What good is going fast if you can't steer nor stop. lol

a headswap wont do anything since u already have the heads. try a pro5.0, eibach sportlines (for looks), longtube headers, short or pipe, a chip wont do much either ur timing is already advanced, grab a speedcal to calibrate for the gears. just a start... enjoy
