Upgraded to a 94 vert from 87...mod questions.

I have a 94 vert all stock I just purchased to replace the aging 87 vert I have in the drive. It's been along time scince I did this so help me out. I have a sn92 supercharger, heads intake and cam on the 88 and wondered what to do to the 94. Cats are plugged so want a catted x pipe but from there I am stumped. I don't want to lose driveability like I did on the 87 but want some extra power. Any suggestions. What will transfer form 87( control arms,pro 5.0 shifter, throttle body etc) thanks Rich

I don't think the super charger will fit. The heads will as will the intake you just need to buy a elbow for it, and the fox throttle will not work on our cars. The control arms, shifter will work as well.

as far as mods go, the same stuff that makes power on the Foxes makes power here....especially with a vert the first thing i would do is gears(3.73s if stick, 4.10's if auto)....and then either a nice freeflowing exhaust or an Intake manifold(our stock manifold is JUNK). When you do the manifold you have 2 options...buy the elbow adapter and keep a stock style setup...OR you can swap to a fox body style setup by getting the TB, brackets, cables, and such from a fox car....unfortunatly the TB's are NOT interchangeable...
