Upgrading Engine

I just added all these parts to my motor I just haven't put it in my car which is a 91 foxbody 5.0. Approximate how much horsepower would I gain total before a tune up and after a tune up? Cause I don't know if I need a 31 spline axle to support that power or what else do I need to upgrade? if someone can help me out here I don't want to ruin anything

You'll make around 260rwhp and shouldn't need a tune. Also stock 28 spline axles are fine unless you're going to the dragstrip and plan on using slicks. What transmission are you running? If it's an automatic you're going to want to do some upgrades like torque converter and shift kit. If it's a manual install a good clutch and mm cable kit. Also with that cam you're going to need rear gears if you haven't installed any yet. I like 3.73's for a manual trans and 3.73 or 4.10's if automatic.

You don't need 24s and a matching maf for that combo. I would suggest at least gears with that f cam. It has a huge dead spot below 2k rpms that will kill take off in street driving

24's aren't needed but if you already have thm and the matching MAF use them. It won;t hurt anything. You jsut may need to adjsut your FP a little if your plugs read rich.

And to second,...as long as you keep the car on the street.

28 splines axles will withstand many times that power, as wheel spin on street tires will be the "cushion" that un couples the axles from the direct link that a slick, and a drag strip will create.
