UPR Hime joint control arms...

I recently purchused a set of upper and lower control arms from UPR there adjustables , and there hime joints opposed to a polyurathane style bushing i previously had, Im hearing a bit of a clank on launches and hard shifts a few friends tell me its expected with these style arms , and others say they have it and hear nothing can anyone help that knows a little more? Thanks alot ...

i have no experience with these but newer control arms are usually noisier than your stockers

There is no longer any bushing so they will be loud as with all race style control arms those are meant primarily for drag race setups. Keep an eye on them those are prone to breaking at the threads on the joint when side loaded alot.

get new heim joints! The stock ones from UPR are CRAP! I have seen several cases of the stock hardware from UPR failing!
