I don't get it. Why are these bad boys 200 dollars less than Magnaflows or Bassani?

Do those have better sound or performance gains compared to the UPR? I don't get it.

What are some potential problems with nonstainless?

Do they(problems) arise often?

The UPR X-pipe is without a doubt the best buy in midpipes. Some would argue that you could get a Mac H cheaper, but its a piece of crap. I had one, and will never have one again. The UPR, however, fits great and sounds awesome too. Mine is off my car now because I got long-tubes. The fit/finish of the UPR pipe is much better than the Trubendz shorty X-pipe I bought for my headers. Its a piece of crap too. I'm going to have to have a muffler shop heat it up and go medeivel on its arse.

The UPR X pipe is the best midpipe you could buy! I had a bassani and what a piece of crap that thing was! I LOVE my UPR, the sound and fitment are lightyears ahead of bassani! Its cheaper because its not Stainless Steel and theres no cats.

UPR is just a damn good company period. They make alot of great stuff and always seem to undercut their competition in price. I'm seriously considering getting their "Blue Thunder" shifter over a Pro 5.0 or the Steeda Tri-Ax pretty soon. It seems like when you look through their online catalog you get the idea that they have a really talented CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled for those who don't know) programmer working for them. Almost everything they make is CNC machined. I got their o/r X-pipe w/ MIL elim's shipped to my door for approximately 220 dollars - bottom line price. In the future when I start the suspension mods I will probably choose UPR over Steeda for most of the parts. UPR's price and quality = Teh Win IMO!

Anyone have sound clips of the UPR X and flows (40 series)

mustangexhaust.com doesn't have one, and I want to know what it's going to sound like before I put it on the car.

I have jba's, UPR and flows dumped and it is without a doubt the sweetest sounding stang around this area.

Not yet, and its been a week. I'm not sure that I will either.
60$ can go towards a tune this summer. Then it will be gone anyway.
