Use a 351w or 302 module?

Should I use a 351w ignition module or a 302 ignition module in my 95 Mustang GT. I have a 351w stroker that currently has a new 351w module. I pull a 212 code that states spout grounded\ignition module. When I put a 302 module in, no 212 code. Quick fact besides the difference in size, the 351 EFI distributor has a different metal piece(the round part the rotor sits on)that has different spacer placement that the pip reads. I basically want to know is there a problem by using the 302 module?

no problem using a 302 Module. I'm using a 4.6L Ignition module to power my 408 the module knows no better.
