I have a black 94 GT and the hood and other parts have water spots so im gonna wash the car with vinegar. I saw it on autopia.
I have a gallon of distilled vinegar.. So what do i do.
I wash the car and dont dry it then use vinegar and just wipe it on with a sponge, and rub it in. Do one section at a time, let it sit 30 to 60 seconds, then rinse. But do i wipe on the pure vinegar from the one gallon jug or do i dilute it? Thats my main question. So then rinse the car and wash it.
My next question is. I live in south cali so it gets pretty hot sometimes so is there a point to wax my car since its black. I heard carnuba wax will burn off at like 180 degrees. So my car(black) in 100 degree weather could get up to that hot and the wax would burn off. So i should just polish the car?
