Hello,

I am looking to see if anyone has installed a V-1 supercharger on a fox without a smog pump and AC. I installed everything last night and i am looking to start figuring the serpentine belt. anyone have any ideas on how to run the serpentine belt without the smog or AC system? Or does anyone know any good delete kits i could buy to make the serpentine belting configuration a little easier? Also the alternator bracket mounts off the smog pump i believe so i have to figure how to mount that as well.

if anyone has any advice or gone through something similar, please let me know!

I will take some pictures tonight.

Thanks

Iirc , been a while since my car was supercharged, but I ran it with no smog pump, alternator mounted low on passengers side
and a/c eliminator pulley.
Don't remember needing to fab up anything, all brackets/hardware (besides a/c delete) came with the standard fox passengers side s/c mounting kit.
I'm sure someone with a current set-up will chime in.

In order for the belt routing to be correct you need to run a smog delete pulley . If you’re running no ac and moved the pump up like I did with a factory delete you need to make another dowel hole in the belt tensioner to get it right or just take the nub off .

Here’s some pics before the rest of my bracket went on .

I'm currently installing the Novi 1200sl and ran into the same issue. Thank you for the pics here. Do you recall what size belt you had used or a part number.
Hopefully someone is alive in this thread still!
