Yup...the first time I went with a bunch of scrap on my trailer. Rolled on the scales dropped my load of metal, went back on the scale, and noted my truck and trailer weight. I picked up my mustang with the same trailer. Now, I knew exactly how heavy my car was. He asked if I was scrapping the car. If you're worried about it throw some metal in the trunk and make it legit....either way you find out how fat it is. [emoji106]

I always wanted to do that. Every time I've gone to the dump/transfer station to haul my yard waste I've thought about just driving my Mustang thru the scales, get the weight and wave at them as I drive right passed the window. I think I'll do this next spring

I got the pulley in was able to get about 3/8" clearance all told. The final effort in gaining more room was trimming the edge of the fan shroud so the rubber boot fits down on it further. I need to get a longer blower drive belt since the new pulley is larger. Going from a 6" drive to a 6.87" drive equated to a 2" longer belt.

Here's the remaining bit still on the shroud so you can see what I mean.

Here's the final clearance.

If the battery is fully charged, how much different would the fuel pressure reading be with key on engine off, compared to, engine running?

PLX single gauge pod. Boost, then tap screen and get wideband 02.

Injectors are are the only thing left to do. I haven't gotten them back from the rebuild service yet. I think I'm gonna give them a call tomorrow to see if they can give me an ETA.

I've been happy with the wideband 02 so far. We shall see how the boost module goes. Once you do the initial install, adding other modules is a snap as long as you keep the first module easy to get to.

Funny you know, even though the car is not running I had to do a test of my own. I can suck 7hg, and blow 2psi. LOL

Have refurbished injectors in hand. I should have this thing together today for the initial startup. I posted a picture of the flow test results. Looks to me like the injector service was money well spent.

Got it running. Started up no issues. AF showed lean, I mean way lean at 42psi. Adjusted to 46 psi (vacuum disconnected) and looked good. Took for a drive and discovered an abrupt lean condition at 5200rpm WOT. Came home to bump pressure up some more. Realized I forgot to hook the vacuum line back up to the FP regulator the first time. Hooked it back up and going back out for another test drive at 46psi again.

I'm thinking no way the boost pressure blew the vacuum line off the regulator. We'll see. I probably forgot to put it back on.

That was much better so I must have left the hose off the regulator. Still leaning and stumbling at about 5700rpm. Now bumping pressure to 50psi and test drive again.

I can't see bumping the pressure like that is going to fix this . All its Doing is putting major load on the injectors . Maybe the tune needs to be tweaked some .

That is certainly possible. However, 50psi helped. Pulled to 5900 without leaning out. I have not actually driven it myself. I was a passenger on these maiden voyages since I've had a few cold ones today. My son was the pilot on these runs. I was watching the AF gauge and he was watching the tach and noting the feel. I'm not even concerned with looking at boost pressure for now. My main objective is get it fed enough fuel so it wont lean out up to 6000rpm. I think we got it about where we want it. All other driving conditions are perfectly normal. It just needed a tad more fuel on the top end. Got a bit squirrely at the rear tires in 3rd gear on that last run. I think it was a slight bump in the road that set it off. Haven't even tried a 2nd gear WOT yet. I can say this, rolling along at 40mph in 3rd and punch it, you're ready for 4th pretty quick.

I just need to feel it myself. Working all day tomorrow. I'll take it out myself Saturday aft and see how it feels for myself.

At 50psi, AF ratio it dances between 14:1 and 15:1 at idle and cruise. At moderate acceleration to WOT it jumps to 12:1 and holds that up to the redline.

One other thing. I forgot to reset my ignition timing. Right now I'm at 12 BTDC. I need to cut it back to 10.
