Better - NO, different YES.05BlackV6 said:Is there a big difference, other than the V8 engine and slight cosmetic changes, between the v6 and GT? Does it ride the same, feel the same interior wise, etc? I love my V6, but have been contemplating maybe the end of next year trading it in for an 06 or order an 07 GT. I don't know if I would though. I don't know if I could part with my baby. Has anyone done this? Is the GT better?
Also, any idea how much the insurance would be for a 20 year old on a GT? Money will be a large factor in my decision.
Thank You all,

P.S. Kinda a weird question, but is the GT longer? In pitures it sorta does from certain angles.
P.S.S. Are they changing the Mustang models at all for 07?
Thanks. sorry for the long post.
The main thing is speed and I guess sound. If speed is not an issue and the V6 can still sound good I see no point upgrading.
According to the mags the V6 still wieghs a little less and has slightly softer front srping rates, this means the V6 rides a little better and probably has slightly sharper turn in due to weight distribution.
But at the end of the day, it is a performance car, so ride comfort should not be top of the list, if it is buy a Jaguar or a Caddy.
Not a judgment, as I plan on getting a Shelby in 2009 (little Law School graduation present to MYSELF!!!).
