Vacume Line question

I want to clean up my engine bay. I was wondering what if any vacume lines can be removed without screwing anything up. I live in michigan and have no need for smog equipment(except for that whole legal part but )

You can remove your smog pump and the 2 vacuum lines that runs to it. You can get a shorter belt and bypass it if you want, but I don't if there will be any side affects on your CATS. Do you have CATS on your car right now, I would assume so? I took all of my smog stuff off when I installed long tubes and my O/R X pipe...

I don't have a smog pump or cats. I just didn't know if there was anyting pluged into the back of the intake or anything else that could be plugged off without a problem occuring

The vacuum lines that ran to the smog pump are the only ones you can remove after you took the pump off. Unfortunately all of the other (ugly) vacuum lines serve a purpose.

Then where can i tuck them out of the way

You can move them inside the fenderwell or lower them further down on the strut tower. Because they go the the back side of the intake etc, they really can't be hidden that easily. If you move them down as far as they will go, that should look better than in does right now.

You can cancel the egr.

take it off,put a metal plate at it place en the intake. and block the exhaust passage that come forme the lower intake... then you can cancel the vac for the egr...

I did this on mind.... its run great.
