So im running fox covers in my 95 gt with aluminum heads and stud mount aftermarket rock and rollers. There appears to be some interference against the valve springs.
Looks like I will need to grind the ribs down. any comments or thoughts ?

Stock covers ? Yes you have to clearance . I’d bet on the rocker before a valve spring touching .

Apparently my ex-husband made that mistake.

Get the Trick Flow valve covers. They clear almost everything. I got mine for $80 used off of ebay.

The OP has an SN, which is a whole different ball game. The intake sits way lower, and the throttle body curves down some which hits the right valve cover. The fox valve covers clear the intake, and will clear stud mount rockers if you cut out the baffles, but they they don't clear the alternator which sits farther back on an SN. One of the first things I did was try and put my old Fox valve covers on my SN. Total fail.

I could not get any of my old stamped steel rocker covers to fit over the studs on my AFRS, least expensive ones so far were the blue Moroso aluminum ones. Gonna paint them old Ford Blue later on.
