Milky - peak lift has no impact on p to v clearance; but duration does. The numbers you've listed above (.533/.544) are lift, not duration. Here's a link that explains the issues associated with p to v, and an easy way to measure. The only way to know if you have sufficient clearance is to measure it - nobody else's experience is gonna do you any good on your engine. Also, I believe you're gonna have to change valve springs - the stock springs may have bind issues, and they'll certainly have issues managing that lift. Check with your cam manufacturer - they'll have recommendations for which springs you should use with that cam. http://www.diyporting.com/PVC.html

Perhaps other Cobra owners will chime in Milky and let you know their experiences with other cams and the stock Cobra ecu. Perhaps if you changed the title of your post, you could attract the Cobra crowd to the post. Also, it would help everyone if they knew any other mods to your car, and if you posted the actual specs of the cam. Hard to speculate on what impact it's gonna have when we don't know much about the cam.
