Vent Windows

Has anybody changed the vent windows on a 1965 Mustang? mine have a lot of pits in them, is it a pain in the ass to change! Where can I find a real nice used pair? Besides Ebay or buying brand new repro's. Does any one know of a classic Mustang shop that sells stuff like this? Thanks for any help.

I believe you need to gain access for this from underneath through the door panel.

I dunno but the car looks 100% better without those damn things...Im running no glass right now due to some body work and other things to clean the glass up. I wish someone made glass that would fit in the whole door.

Ford did. Try a 69 Fastback on for size. Actually, the 69 had it's drawbacks. You run into a glue problem, and bang...........your window is on the ground. Also, easier to break into.
