vibration after clutch install (foxbody)

I just swapped the clutch out in my 93 lx and now I get a vibration when I first start the car and while driving it.
If I have the car setting still and just rev the motor you can feel the vibration, it's not extremely bad but it's noticeable.
here is what I changed when I swapped the clutch:
new flywheel (stock from summit, I did not resurface it when I recieved it), stock clutch, stock pressure plate, throwout bearing, and input bearing. I also installed a steel input shaft retainer on the trans (WC T5), and I replaced the transmission mount.
when I put everything together the trans sat a lot higher (almost touching the body).
anyone have any ideas before I start tearing the car appart for a second time?

Either the trans mount (doubt it) or the flywheel isn't balanced correctly.

tranny mount is fine the old ones usually sag low so the new one would be higher up , sounds like they sent you the wrong balance flywheel .....especially if it vibrates with the clutch pedel pressed in ....

Is it a vibration that shakes the car or is it in the pedal?
