Drivetrain Vibration And Clunk

Hey everyone. Having an issue with my 04 superchargered mustang. So for the past month I've been noticing a clunking sound when I let of the clutch from a stop. It was a little weird but haven't had time to get to the mechanic. Well yesterday I down shifted to pass someone and all of a sudden I noticed the car started to vibrate and shake. No issues with shifting, doesn't slip just a major vibration. I do notice the main trouble is going uphill. I was thinking the driveshaft U Joints are bad.Anyone had the same issue or have advice on this issue
