I know Fox Lake used to do VT's heads. I have heard that this is no longer the case though.
Now onto degreeing cams. Any and all aftermarket cams should be degreed in regardless of what stage it is. Improper installation is 100% of the time the cause of PTV, not the cams themselves. People have had PTV with improperly installed VT stg 1 N/A cams.
The problem with not degreeing the cams is the cam gear. Ford did not have a tight tolerance on these. I have seen them vary upto 6 degrees either way( +- ) and have heard of them being worse than that. Degreeing the cams in, guarantees proper installation and the best performance numbers possible.
